Nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill country, the Summit Vacation & RV Resort is only 36 miles from the historic city of San Antonio and 42 miles from the state’s capitol city of Austin off IH-35. Relax while enjoying our panoramic view of the Guadalupe River and the natural wildlife setting that only the Canyon Lake/ New Braunfels area has to offer.
The Summit has been known for hosting some of the most sensational corporate events over the years. The Resort can accommodate small private meetings as well as large 150 person events in the Clubhouse.
Large-scale corporate gathering have full use of the entire Summit Resort including all of the amenities, lodging and luxuries located on-site. Guadalupe River tubing on-site!
This away-from-it-all venue has several different choices of meeting areas for your corporate meeting or casual get-togethers.
THE CLUBHOUSE
The Summit has the newly renovated Clubhouse which comfortably seats up to 150 people. At no extra cost you will have access to the full-service kitchen to use or you may bring in your own catering service.
Additionally, the Clubhouse is equipped with free WIFI, ample room with great acoustics for use with your audio-visual equipment. Free tables and chairs depending on the number of guests attending.
THE PAVILION
Step out of the office building into the serene picturesque landscape of Texas wildlife with views of neighboring farmland and friendly wildlife and the Guadalupe River. The Summit also offers a large, covered outside outdoors pavilion which seats up to 150 people.
This area is useful for uninterrupted brainstorming, fun company parties, or just an evening of music or dancing under the Texas stars.
RIVERFRONT PATIO
Summit Vacation and RV Resort also offers the River Front Patio. This outdoor gathering place has outstanding views of the Guadalupe river, perfect for corporate BBQ'S or casual picnics. This newly constructed 2,000 square foot patio comes equipped with four large charcoal grilling pits and picnic tables. After a day of floating the river, your group may simply walk up to the River Front Patio for some well-deserved rest and relaxation.

The Summit Vacation and RV Resort has numerous amenities for fun team building activities or friendly competition. These amenities include the following:

SUMMIT RESORT LODGING
Whether using the facilities for a few hours, one day or for a weekend retreat, the Summit has great pricing options to fit all budgets. The Summit Vacation and RV Resort offers 18 individually crafted log cabins which sleep up to 4 people and 12 larger loft cabins that sleep up to 6-8 guests. All cabins include kitchenettes, all kitchenware, coffee pot, full-size bathrooms/showers, Direct TV and linens. Our 13 Tree Top Villas provide sleeping arrangements for up to 10 people; with each villa having three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a spacious living area, dining area, a full-size kitchen, and several private decks.
